Turné World Violation probíhalo bez větších problémů s výjimkou zrušení dvou koncertů: 20.června v Ottawě a z důvodu ztráty hlasu zpěváka Davea Gahana 1. září v Melbourne. Kvůli hlasové indispozici byl na zastávce v Japonsku setlist zkrácený o dvě pásně - Black Celebration a A Question of Time.
Ze setlistu zmizelo v 13 skladeb hraných na posledním turné a 9 skladeb zůstalo nezměněno. Hraný seznam byl založen na posledních třech albech Depeche Mode: Black Celebration (5 skladeb), Music For The Masses (6 skladeb) a Violator (10 skladeb). Zajímavostí jsou akustické provedení některých písní: World Full of Nothing, Here Is The House, I Want You Now a Little 15. Na závěr vystoupení se hrála předělávka známého hitu Route 66, v mixu s písní Behind The Wheel.
Od vystoupení ve Stuttgartu (15. října) v třetí části turné klesl počet hraných písní o vyřazenou Shake The Disease.
